赚1000万的概率还有很大的 20多岁的年纪,真不要着急去买房。 现在有多少人,在大城市租房工作,然后在老家按揭供着一套房。 贷款还了好几年了,老家的房子是一天没住过。 最关键的是,在20多岁这个年纪,一旦背上房贷。 你就不敢丢了工作,你就得老老实实上班。 人只要一上班,年轻的脑子就不敢去想七想八,未来也就没有什么想象空间了。 下班了,就只想玩玩游戏,刷刷短视频。 怎么说呢,心气没了,因为房贷的限制,不敢尝试,不敢失败。 与此同时呢,又特别想发财 一边是控制不住的欲望,一边又是现实的枷锁。 房贷要还二三十年,等于说这二三十年,你就不可能赚到什么钱。 但是没有房贷的年轻人呢,就没有那么多包袱和限制,敢闯敢冲的勇气就会足很多。 他们在年轻的时候,反而会折腾出点名堂出来。 挣钱和赚钱是两码事。 现在这个时代,赚钱的方式还是挺多的,不需要成本的创业项目也是一抓一大把。 但核心就是,你还有没有那个心气和精力,去折腾一件事。 咱们普通人干互联网创业,无非就是找到一个卖点。 做内容,换信任、搞流量、做成交。 把这件事研究清楚了,赚到100万、1000万的概率还有很大的。 我自己折腾了这么多年,一直做自媒体创业,也算拿到了一点点小结果。 自己创业做一年,顶得上职场打工10年,这句话真不夸张。 以后我会对我的儿子说: 永远不要去上班,大生意做不成,就做小生意,小生意做不了,那就去干销售。 反正不能当干死活,拿死工资的螺丝钉。 不然到最后你会发现。 你的一辈子不会有任何想象空间,不会有一点自由。
